Gift cards are available in $10, $25, $50 and $100.
Can I send a gift card directly to someone else?

Yes. On the gift card product page, add the recipient's name, email address and a personal message. You can send it right away or choose a date, which is perfect for birthdays and special occasions. We'll send you a confirmation too.
When will the gift card arrive?

Gift cards are sent by email within a few minutes of purchase, or on the date you selected. If it hasn't arrived, check your spam or junk folder first. If you still can't find it, contact us at info@josephjoseph.com.
Do you sell physical gift cards?

No, our gift cards are digital only. You can print the email if you'd like to give it to someone in person.
How do I use my gift card?

Add your items to your cart and proceed to checkout. Enter your gift card code in the "Discount code or gift card" field and select Apply.
Can I use more than one gift card on an order?

Yes, you can apply multiple gift cards to one order.
What if my order costs more than my gift card balance?

You can pay the remaining amount using any of our usual payment methods.
What if I don't spend the full amount?

Whatever you don't spend stays on the gift card. Just use the same code the next time you shop.
How do I check my balance?

Open the link in your gift card email to see your current balance. You'll also see it at checkout once you apply the code.
Do gift cards expire?

No. Joseph Joseph US gift cards do not expire, so any unused balance will remain available until it has been used.
Can I use a gift card with a discount code?

Yes, you can use a gift card and a discount code on the same order.
Can I use my gift card to buy another gift card?

No, gift cards can't be used to purchase other gift cards.
Can I use my gift card in another country?

No. Gift cards can only be used on the Joseph Joseph website they were purchased from. For example, a gift card purchased on our US site can't be used on our UK, EU or Australian sites.
Can I use my gift card in stores or with your retail partners?

No, our gift cards can only be used on the Joseph Joseph website they were purchased from.
Can I get a refund on a gift card?

Gift card purchases are non-refundable and can't be canceled once purchased, except where required by applicable law. Gift cards can't be exchanged for cash except where required by law.
What happens if I return something I paid for with a gift card?

The refund will be credited back to your gift card. If you paid using both a gift card and another payment method, the refund will generally be returned to those payment methods in the same proportions as they were used. Where this isn't technically possible, we may use a different allocation that doesn't affect your legal rights.
I've lost my gift card code. What can I do?

Contact our Customer Service team at info@josephjoseph.com with your order number or the purchaser's email address, and we'll resend it.
What if my gift card is lost or stolen?

Please email info@josephjoseph.com with your order number or the email address the gift card was sent to. If there's still a balance on the card, we can cancel it and issue a replacement for the remaining amount. We can't replace any balance that has already been spent.
My gift card code isn't working. What should I do?
